Beyond fixed-term projects, Serene Health continues to run regular mobile clinic outreaches in rural and low-income communities in Montserrado County. We have served communities such as Peace Island, Doe Community, Old Road, Fish Market, Louisiana, Cheesemanburg, Monrovia Central Prison and several orphanages, reaching more than 8,400 beneficiaries with free consultations, basic laboratory tests, treatment, referrals and health education.
Through these outreaches, Serene Health has developed strong operational systems for community entry, triage and patient flow, data collection, and referral to government facilities. Our experience working with TTMs, CHVs, county health teams and faith/community leaders positions us well to successfully implement the proposed “My Baby, My Life” project and achieve measurable improvements in antenatal care attendance and facility-based deliveries among rural women in Montserrado County.
