Meet the Board Chair
Mr. Henry N. Neufville II
An accomplished executive and board leader with over two decades of international experience in health systems strengthening, supply chain management, logistics, and organizational governance. He brings a proven record of leadership across public health, humanitarian operations, and private enterprise, with extensive service supporting governments, UN agencies, and development partners across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
Mr. Neufville has held senior technical and leadership roles with UNICEF, UNAIDS, and UNOPS, including Logistics Specialist, Supply Specialist/Consultant, and Child Survival and Development Specialist. His work has supported large-scale health programs covering vaccines, cold chain optimization, HIV/AIDS, nutrition, WASH, and emergency response, managing procurement and logistics portfolios exceeding US$50 million annually. He is recognized for strengthening supply chains, improving risk management, and ensuring accountability and end-user monitoring in complex environments.
